Your Console:
  1. Each chat window is listed in the channel window. Whenever a visitor calls you, an alert bell rings in the visitor logo.
  2. Operators can type the messages in different languages, fonts, colors, or background colors.
  3. Operators can review the chat history with visitors, and see visitors' information.
  4. Use Skype Phone Call if your computer is connected to Skype Phone Call software.

Visitor's Chat Window:
  1. The visitor clicks on the URL or chat button from your HTML page, or just input your U5Me URL in the browser.
  2. A chat window displays in the website.
  3. The time that you spend chatting with operators is clearly shown.
  4. Visitors can leave messages to you when you are offline.

Knowledge Base

Knowledge Base is a folder for the operator to store the questions and answers frequently put forward by visitors and customers. You can quickly select them to send to visitors. You can also update or refresh them by yourself or from our server.

Visitor Sessions

View the status, location, IP address and other detail information of visitors.

Admin Console

1. Click the Content Manager, and you can edit, add, or delete the canned messages and knowlege base.

2. You can upload the images of chat button in the Visitor Exprience menu, and create pre-chat or post-chat survey.

3. You can review, manage and reply all messages left from visitors in the ticket system.
